VW 1.8t Rev limiter: 7000rpm Size: 1.8l MAX boost: 24lb's Non-intercooled.. Standalone.. Nozzle-size? M5? Calc says 4.5, but if I turn the boost down then it goes into the 3's.. |

No not yet.. If anything i'll be checking for temperature range with standalone. 2 sensors will allow me to see what the numbers are really like for the intake.. It won't have an intercooler though.. That's the thing.. I did read the other 1.8t but his is still a true 1.8t, I'm cheating.. |

Usually you want to round down on the nozzle size because of pressure. It says 4.5 But an M3 nozzle will have around 150psi of pressure so thats going to be more inline with what you will need. I need to reword the calculator to make it easier to understand. Its just giving you x fluid needed. But it does boil down to trial and error. Our kits come with afew nozzles so you can get the right size.

I was wondering the sme as well with my 225q TT. I plug in my numbers 7k, 22psi, 1.8 and get 4.02. I have a 4 nozzle but I am wondering if it will be too much. I do run a FMIC kit.
