I have a Mondeo 2.2 Turbo Diesel (TDCI) 22PSI Max, but 28PSI on Overboost Max Revs is 5k rpm Should i use a D02 or a D03? (External Type) I have the 3 waiting to go on, but waiting for a 2 coming from Supplier... Dean Last edited by Rousie; 07-03-2008 at 04:31 PM. |

D05 (5gph) Nozzle would be your best choice between consumption and power., If you wanted even better gains a dual nozzle set up with a D01 pre-turbo makes a big difference in power and lower intake temps.

See, my UK dealer sent me 2&3 nozzles, so i assumed that this would be corrrect straight from the box, as i gave them the info i have posted up here... I was sent internal fit ones to start with, so have had to pay for a D02 & D03, so not too happy that i need YET another nozzle or 2 :( Oh, i thought Pre Turbo wasn't recomended? Dean |

5gph is perfect for that set up D02 just means devilsown 2gph, a 2 nozzle is the same flow. You don't need new nozzles. Pre turbo is not recommended unless you have a high PSI pump and a nozzle that can atomize properly. Our kit does that so no problems with the pre turbo set up. I would not use it with 60psi pumps. |

Ok, so what i actually need is a D05? (5gph) Nozzle? I really don't want dual nozzles just yet. I have already mounted a nozzle in the IC outlet tank, and is very secure. The internal nozzles are impossible for me to fit. You say i need a 5gph nozzle though, and i only have a D03... Dean Dean |

It all depends on how much power you want to make, The 3gph nozzle will give you power and lower EGT's. But you can run up to 5gph for max power. Every car is different no harm in starting out small. Running a 50/50 mix will give you some pretty good power even with a DO3 |
