Hey Bilal - Just a couple of questions about the kit: 1. I have a Thrasher CAI, I cannot mount the pump behind the headlight. Any other alternative mounting locations? I was thinking somwhere between the bumper support and radiator area. 2. I see that the red wire from the controller to the pump is fused. Should I fuse the red lead coming into the controller? 3. I am going to upgrade from this controller to either the Stage 1 or Stage 2. Given that these (DK controller) are going to mount inside the car, I'm assuming the vac line and pump leads will need be inside the car? If I extend the vac line and leads into the car now and mount the Snow prog controller inside the car now, will it save me time when installing the DK controller? Just a simple swap out? Thanks! |

You can add a fuse to the controller, there is no need to extend the vac lines into the car for my new controllers because it runs off the MAP sensor. You can mount your pump on the side of the thrasher box. Just pop off the lid drill two holes the same distant from each other as the ones on the pump then place in a screw with a washer. Or you can mount it in the recommended spot and just trim the inside of the thrasher box and it will fit. You just have to trim out the bottom half. I would just get a nice tubular FWI if I were you Thrasher box IAT are never within 1 to 2 degrees of outside air temp so what's the point of having one.
