It's nice to get full timing all the time on the GTP, and you get a few free psi from the kit as well. If you have a happy knob and a DHP PCM adding timing is a good way for some extra power. Just don't get power happy and start dropping down to many pulley sizes. GTP's have weeeeeeak trannies and don't like to many mods. I had to replace mine like once a year lol but I was pushing it down almost to the 11's. What size nozzle did you install? Glad you like the kit. |

I've done plenty to the car already, and a Triple Edge tranny is going to be installed at the end of May. The kit I got was a new one off a local guy who never put it on, and came with the 5gph nozzle...which I think may be too big, I'm pulling fuel but it seems to still run a tad rich. So I'm going to take it to the track friday and see if I can get some better scans than out on the twisty roads near my house. |
