First off I would like to say hello. Im very interested in this product, Im supprised that through all my research that I have not been introduced to this earlier. I have a 91 4x4 dodge cummins intercooled turbo diesel. I have a High flow fuel pump cranked to the max. A aftermarket turbo housing, 4 in exaust with dual 6in stacks, 4 in custom cold air intake, with a 5spd. I produce between 26 and 30 psi of boost, and the displacement is 5.9 lts. I live in a town of about 50k with no dyno. My buddy who owns rev racing(dk motor sports) says the old girl is at about 260hp and 520 ftlbs...thats his professional guestimation. about what size nozzel should I get..and can I use the progressive kit...I think it would be best if it works. thanks pps.

I am a big fan of the progressive kits on diesels because it allows for lesser amounts of cooling on lower boost. This is generally when your not making nearly as much heat as you would on higher boost but it also starts cooling the egt sooner.
