I've got a 2000 Mustang GT, manual transmission, with a Vortech V-1 S-Trim Supercharger, SCT Tuned by Modular Powerhouse here in Georgia. Currently, it has the stock Vortech pulley (3.6"), a large bore 'power pipe', Ford Lightning 90mm MAF, 42 lb-hr injectors, and a hole lot of other bolt-on performance parts. I put down 365 HP / 360 TQ to the wheels, and see about 8 psi with the 3.6 inch pulley. Pretty soon i'm going to step down to a 3.3 inch drive pulley which should increase the boost pressure about 2 lbs. or so. Since I need a re-tune for the new pulley anyway, I figure it would be a good time to install a meth kit, and the prices here seem to be spot on. I've got a lot to learn first about it, but think that a Stage 1 will be sufficient based on my boost levels. The question is, one nozzle or two? |

You will just need one nozzle with your set up, A DO7 should do the trick for you at that power level. I would get the low boost kit 2-10psi pressure switch. If you look at our kits part for part the others cannot touch it and we don't force a tank on you. Even if you buy one it's still cheaper than all the other base kits and you get more and no cheap plastic pressure switch. |

I agree! This is my weekend driver (at best) and I've only logged 800 miles on the Odometer since November. Since it never sees rain or bad weather conditions, the windshield washer tank is simply taking up space!

One question for the nozzle mount....should i mount it inboard on my inlet pipe or outboard? If I mount it outboard, I have a little more room in front of the throttle body to place it. Does the kit include any sort of rubber grommet or threaded insert to mount the nozzle? |

The nozzles come with a rubber bonded washer to use if you mount it from the inside and a built in o-ring if you mount it on the outside of the pipe. You just need to tap it with a 1/8npt tap, Make sure you tap a little at a time and test the fit. You can also get a throttle body spacer and tap it as well.
