well I've been lurking here a while but I just wanted to say hi. I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT that I just put a 1998 L67 into. I have some ideas that I'm working on before I start throwing the alcohol at my motor but it is definately in the plans.

Hello, welcome here. I know you enjoy your l67 over that l36 ;) You do the swap yourself or did you farm it out. I had a guy local to me do a swap into a 97 se that came with a 3.1 and it was nothing but problems for him. Yours run ok?

yeah I definately enjoy it over the L36. especially with the 3.29 gears and the higher stall torque convertor in the stock GT Trans. I did the swap myself and everything runs great! I just need to get to the exhaust shop and I am going to throw my alt and alt bracket from the '01 onto this motor. it's cheaper than buying a new alt for the '98 since it's just sitting around.
