I have a 2000 Dodge 2500 Cummins turbo diesel with several mods and i get about 44 pounds of boost but my egts can go into the 1600 range so ive been trying different size water injection nozzles. my first try was an m4 that didnt move them now im onto an m7 but i think i need an m20 or more after looking at the nozzle size calculator. I mix my own I have a supply of isopropyle alcohol and was wondering if that is suitable to run in a 50/50 ratio. I ran it for 2000 miles with the m4 nozzle to check mileage. seems to add power. Any thoughts on that kind of alcohol? |

Any kind works. Iso is the weakest but is cheap and easy to get. A dual nozzle system is more of what you need probably a DO14 and DO7 nozzle with that boost. Every vehicle is different when it comes to the mix but the added flow will knock down your EGT and give you alot more power. Even a single D014 Should give you a good EGT drop and power increase.
