So How dumb am I?

Feeling pretty silly, that's how. When I got my kit, I hole punched the instructions and put them in my notebook, like always, never noticing that I had page 3-4 turned backwards. I never saw ANY of the instructions on page three. I read from the bottom of page 2 to the top of page four, and when I got to the bottm of page four, and it said "go to the Forum if you have any questions", that's what I did. I proceeded to ask questions that are pretty clearly answered on page four, which I finally found this evening.

Man, you guys were pretty patient, and very kind. Thanks for answering in spite of the senility of the guy asking the questions.

I have the tank and pump mounted and plumbed together, and am looking forward to the rest of the project. Thanks again. I do have a real technical question that I will post in that section.

Thanks again. I have participated in car forums in the past where guys would really beat up on each other. I gave you guys a wide open invitation to get in my face, and you stayed calm, cool, and helpful. The competitive, aggressive style of some of the forums, and I won;t name names, always leaves me feeling a little like just not coming back. It was seldom directed at me, (but I have seldom backed away from asking what seemed like dumb questions, and I don;t mind poking fun at myself once in awhile). Non-the-less those times when guys get to chest pounding and calling each other names get embarassing, and a drag on one's spirits.

Thanks again for being patient and tolerant with a guy who asked a couple of pretty dumb questions. Even though there was a logical reason for it on my end, you didn't know that.

well. you will feel right at home here on this forum, nothing but good things and everybody is helpful here.. We are all here just trying to make our cars run better and learn some things..
