Default Got my kit and have a few questions.

The brass piece with threads on both ends and an arrow on the flat is a filter, right? Where is the best place to put it in line?

The small RA tubing adapter is for the washer tank and there are 2 RA large tube adapters that fit the pumpInstead of 1 RA and 1 straight.

do I need to clamp the check valve connections? It looks like it just pushes up inside the tubing.

Where does the small tube adapter go? It has teflon tape on the threads and is straight.

I plan on mounting the upgraded nozzle holder in some silicon tubing ductwork. Is that OK? Should the rubber sealing washer go on the inside or the outside? The tubing isn't strong enough to thread the holder into so I will need to clamp it in place. What do you think? Maybe I should put a washer on both sides.

Yes, I got instructions but there are some differences between the instructions and diagram and the parts I got.

I got 2 RA large tubing fittings for the pump not 1 RA and 1 straight. not a big deal. It will work either way.

I got 1 RA small tube adapter (for the tank) but also got 1 small straight version. I have no idea where it goes.

My kit included a filter and 2 tubing adapters but the instructions don't show the location in the system to locate the filter. Near the tank? Pump? Nozzle?

The check valve has barbed ends, not threaded like the diagram so I was wondering if the tube needed to be clamped or if just pushing the tube over the barbs was enough.

I also got the chrome plated, upgraded nozzle holder and will be mounting it in silicone coupling. It is thick but more pliable than plastic or aluminum ductwork and wanted to know more about mounting it. It looks like it would get squeezed between the nozzle and the holder body. The silicon coupler is not hard enough to allow screwing the holder into it.

The kit had 2 m5 nozzles instead of 1 m3 and 1 m5.

You recieved the 2 RA pump fittings as a bonus, It just makes your routing options easier since your kit got shipped out late due to a oversight. The check valve simply slips into the hose. Use a little bit of WD-40 on the tips and slip it right in. Trust me you'll never be able to pull it back out.

You have 2 tank tap fittings once again for more options for you. You can used the strait or the swivel 90 degree unit. The inline filter can be mounted anywere. It can be mounted on the input or output side of the pump.

Mounting the single piece and 90 degree nozzle holder are the same. If your mounting in a silcone intake pipe Your going to put the washer on the nozzle push the threaded in through the hole you have drilled and screw it down. This can be done on rubber, silicon or metal. You can only screw it down so far the bonded rubber washer does the rest.

I'll get you a M3 out. I did not see it on your order.

1 x 3800 Progressive kit
- Nozzle Size: 5 Gph
- Controller: 2 Bar
- Tanks: No Thanks

With a Gen v blower and a 3.5 which would be the same as a 3.25 on a Gen 3 a M3 would be pretty useless.

Thanks for the update. When I ordered the kit we had some question about which nozzle since I'm running a 3.8 pulley and may drop to a 3.6 or 3.5 someday. You graciously said you shipped me one each of the M3 and M5. However, there were 2 m5 nozzles in the kit. I will send one back.

Thanks,
Ed

Don't worry about sending it back. We will ship you out a M3. With the progressive kit you can turn down the psi with the controller to make the M5 equal a M3 just by raising the full point.
