im about to get a tb spacer and a pair of rubberized gaskets. for the nozzle to be drilled and tapped, im planning on using the angle method. nozzle-90* bend-2"brass fitting-90*bend. my question is sealing up the areas around the tb spacerbeing drilled. im sure i should use some sort of adhesive but should i use it both inside and outside of the tb spacer to prevent leaks? thanks in advance.

Use the Black RTV sealeant/ adhesive on just the back side of the spacer. You will paint it on there with your finger and spread it evenly over the surface. Use the factory gasket on the front side of the spacer.

when you mean 'backside' is that the outside or inside of the spacer, where the inside is where the nozzle is being sprayed?
Edit-with the gaskets im gonna be using it one on each side of the spacer so it'll go like this:
S/C-gasket/rtv silicone - spacer - gasket/rtv silicone-throttlebody

*bump
also for the hose types, on the DIY topic in creating one's own W.I. kit, you listed a few kinds of hoses to use. mainly i want to use the push on hose to pump the washer fluid from the tank. here's the 2 types you or someone else listed:

"(1)1/4"hose to 1/8" pipe barred fittings (ACE HARDWARE) The push on hose holds perfect with these.
(2)You can also choose to go with the Polyethylene Tubing that ACE sells for 14 cents a foot you will need the 3/8" OD 1/4" ID hose, Be warned this stuff won't budge after you put it on (so no leaks) ALSO availible in choice a color. "

and this type:
"(3)13FT 5288K114 Push-On Rubber Hose Buna-N, 1/4" ID X 1/2" OD, 250 Psi, (PICK YOUR COLOR)
$0.80 Ft. $10.40 "
so which would be 'best' suitable to use? thanks in advance. also please help me in my previous post/question!

i actually misunderstood that statement you typed. u were referring to using only one tb gasket on one side of the tb spacer and black rtv sealant on the other side of the tb spacer, is that correct? does it matter which side gets only the black rtv sealant dvldoc?
also *bump for the other questions above this one please

*bump for some assistance. I already have everything wired up, just need to do the hose connections and TB spacer install. BUT, my question now is, with a ID 1/4" 1/2"OD hose, with a M5nozzle and a 80-100PSI shurflo pump, should i even toy around and manually adjust the adjustable screw on the shurflo pump at all or when should I adjust it if i do need to? thanks in advance!! Please help if you can.

It does not adjust flow very much. Just turn it down till you don't hear it cycle when the system is going.

ic, but am i safe to run an M5 with my current mods?
3.4" pulley
DHP PCM
PEMs
3" DP->2.5" Catback
AFC 2,2/LS1M
180* T-Stat
AL104

thats why i want to see if i can get away with lowering the pump's pressure, so i dont flood the engine with W/W Fluid if the nozzles' too big.

i also read your post/faq on pressure switch on the pump. if i still somehow see KR with a 3.4 or when i go to, say a 3.25, i can turn the pressure switch clockwise to increase the psi high enough, within reason, to drown the KR correct?
thanks btw dvldoc
