hey, here researching al that are needed to know how the devil's own alcohol injection works and how each part functions how they are. im deciding whether to go intercooled or injection and which are more cost-effective for the direction my car is going. im on clubgp.com frequently and i see dvldc pop in here and there for ppl who are curious on alcohol injection. im thinking more towards going injection, but again im trying to be cost-oriented and see if i can ppiece together my own 'kit' with items on here i can get and know that they wont go bad on me while piecing it with other parts i can and would get lesser(no offense or anything). this leads to my main question, is there a manual or instructions i can look at to read and understand how to install an injection kit for the L67? once i get the jist i can go about and feel more confident in installing it later on once all the parts are ordered. thanks for your time and knowledge. fst100 ps my mods are: 98 GTP 3.4", Front PEM, 3"DP, Hi-Flo Cat, 2.5" Pipe, AFC2.2/LS1M, AL104s

You can check our universal install instructions or this post by slopoke http://www.devilsownonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=41 . For do it yourself options feel free to surf the internet for DIY alcohol injection you should find plenty of info on it. Installing a kit on a GTP is pretty simple you can mount the nozzle right in the throttle body just behind the MAF sensor. The pump behind the drivers side headlight, and tap the stock washer fluid tank. With our kit you won't even have to crawl under the car or jack it up to have everything mounted and working. Everything can be done up top.

its me again, aside from tapping into the window washer tank, is there any way to not tap the tank and run a tube into the tank from up top-where the cap is. i could drill a hole on the cap to fit and feed the tube to go into the tank and pump the fluid from there. is that a good idea to do?

Yes you can do it that way. Since the fitting is 100 methanol compatible it's a good ideal to run the tube throught the cap, connect the fitting and let it sit at the bottom of the tank that way the hose always stays at the bottom.

another question about the tube feeding into the tank from up top. is there a certain type of tube i should use, if it should involve window washer fluid or even something stronger if i tend to increase the balance of alcohol/methanol to water mixture? would ace or lowes/home depot carry the type of tube or should i get one directly from your site? thanks in advance.

Actually I just fixed that section of the site. It should have had 3gph, 5gph and 10gph listed on there. For your mods you'll want a M5 which is actually a M7 by flow This will explain the pump and nozzle size vs pressure http://www.devilsownonline.com/forum...opic.php?t=221
