Lysholm 2.0L ABA/16V setup HELP!!!!

hello all. i'm into VW's. so this will all be geared towards my latest VW project.
just recently put together a twisted little motor combo for my Caddy. here's the basic setup:
- '96 2.0L ABA block / '92 2.0L 16V head with ARP studs and ABA headgasket
- Scirocco 16V intake mani
- Corrado G60 throttlebody
- 440cc injectors
- 3.5bar FPR
- MegaSquirt 2.2 MSnS management
- AEM Wideband UEGO
- Lysholm Supercharger with smallest pulley for up to 22psi
- NO INTERCOOLER (show truck and shaved bay, so minimal clutter is desired)

So ya, it's not tuned yet but runs. It's IAT runs hot! That's why I am here!
I want to try to run just a Meth/H2O injection setup (DVC-30) with no intercooler... So, my questions are:

What size nozzle(s) do i need? Should I run just one larger one right after the charger? One in each runner? Both places? If more than one, how do you divide up the volumes appropriately?

i may be dreaming, but HP should ring in around 250 to 300+ area.
and the 16V's like to rev, so in the 9k rpms at times maybe??
being new, i may have way too small fuel injectors right now... not sure yet. but i need to get these IAT's down in order to drive it and take it to the dyno shop.

Advice PLEASE!
Thanks!

just thought of this too... so what about at idle? so there's no boost to turn on the nozzles to spray and the IAT climbs....
is there also a way to manually spray? or a way to trigger the spray at a set IAT using my SEM or IAT sensor output?

your getting high IAT at idle ??
if so its probably due to your air inlet location. mount air filter somewhere cooler.

You should not spray at idle just under boost or hirer rpm's if N/A

At 22psi on your vehicle for a starter system a D05 nozzle mounted right at the elbow just before your throttle body will give you some nice gains. You need around 6.88gph of flow. A DO5 puts out around 7gph at 200psi you can tweak out the extra with the controller.

You would have to go with 5 D01 nozzles to get the proper volume to all 4 ports. D01 nozzle puts out 1.4gph @ 200psi so 1 at each runner and 1 before the throttle body would have to be used to get the right gph you need.

You will get the best results basing it on boost or MAF. The temp drop is almost instant so spraying early gives you no measurable effect in power gains.

Re: Lysholm 2.0L ABA/16V setup

thanks for the input guys.
i think the charger is known for creating heat, so i see my temps climb at idle. the airfilter was off to the left side away from the radiator and IAT still got hot either way.

i'll probably try the single D05.
so at max 20-22psi boost, when is a recommended psi to start spraying?

yes charger will make some heat at idle. however even off to side of the radiator it can still be hot. i had a temp gauge with sensor in the corner of the engine bay and it was reading 50C (122F) even on cold days.

5psi start 17psi full point.
