Sorry for the non-clear pics. I didn't know the pictures sucked until after I put everything back together. But in the first picture you can see inside the opening of the intercooler. Second pic is the outside where the check valve sits. You'll notice the shiny color around where the hole was drilled, that's where I had to grind some of the body down to get it thin enough to fit the nozzle holder over the nozzle. AND... for some reason every time I try to upload something it says upload failed. From HTTP or my disk. So here are the links instead. Just as i thought .. ![]() Have you got some more pics ? of the assembly and disassembly etc. also logs if you done any ... Do you have the fflg already : 1) Phenolic spacers 2) LC johnson pump 3) bigger reservior for water for Lc pump (not sure if this is possible on C32 ??) 4) headers ? Rgds |

Johnson CM30 pump, external IC water tank (battery relocation), custom long tube headers (not shorties), evosport spacers, custom 192mm pulley (40% s/c increase), higher compression (9.9:1) heads (risky... i know, but they can handle it), custom resized injectors, megasquirt-II v3 for fuel management. As far as install, I have some pics somewhere I think, but install was fairly simple, just unbolt the intake manifolds and lift out the supercharger. Then unbolt the intercooler from the bottom of it. Drill, tap, and grind the surface for fitment if necessary. | |
