these are my mods on my 05 ion redline... lfp #60's, zzp 2.7, cobra h/e w/bwoody brackets, ngk 2 steps, kn cai, sms throttle body, gmpp header, vibrant 3" catback, zzp downpipe w/cat, autometer boost gauge, cobalt cross drilled/slotted rotors, power stop evolution brake pads, devils own stage 2, hp tuners (comps. to Ron9919-tuning/installs) 247.0 whp 244.6 wtq ok, now after installing the devils own stage 2, i dynoed, lost 25whp, turned off the kit, gained my 25whp back... i put the smaller nozzle on now, D03, tried the D05 nozzle first...so i'm getting my boy who tuned me with the hptuners to re-tune my car for the meth...he's never done a meth tune...kit is currently turned off until we dyno tune he lost my cd with my current tune, so we're going to pull that info first...i have a dyno to use for a day...i'm current at afr 11.9...what kind of tips can you guys give us for tune time on saturday?? what should i be setting the controller to kick on at, full spray at?? i'm currently running 16.5-17psi of max boost |

5gph is way to much for vehicle, I would actually start out with a 2gph since your already intercooled you don't need very much on that size motor. To tweak down the DO3 nozzle you should raise the full set point on the controller to further reduce the volume of the kit. Tune for around 11:5 |

well i did the calculator for the nozzle size, it said, 3.46gph what should i set the controller to, start and full?? any other tips to look for while tuning this baby?? thanks for the help too... |

if i were you i would get the kit working with the setup that you currently have. if you have any form of scanning just scan for KR and just dial in more meth to kill it. utilizing the dyno will help with this as will driving on the street. and as doc said, 11.5 AFR will be sufficent
