Default S/C 740 - WI demands

I have considering new AQUAMIST 5,

1/ I have been using RSR Water Injection Calculator (bottom of page) to calculate nozzle sizing,
but rating is in CCS how is it converted to MM sized jets? How does this compare with Devil's own that recommendes 9.3 GPH?

This is what i am purposing - 2 primary nozzles @ 200 ccs after the S/C and 1 secondary 40 CCS misting nozzle tied into electric cooling fan thermal switch before the S/C that will only inject when engine temperature is high. Current HP rating is 424 BHP @ 6800 using Dinan Vortech with 7.0 boost. Pully swap 1 - 450 BHP @ 6800 with 9.0 boost. Pully swap 2 - 475 BHP @ 6800 with 10.5 boost. Pully swap is lowerred in hotter weather and usually runs 9.0 boost, but want to be able to run 10.5 + with WI and am in process of intercooler sizing & install.

2/ Will intercooler have any effect on nozzle sizing.

3/ Does this sound feasible , can you give me some alternate?

It doesn't really convert. Listing nozzles by the orifice size is not a good way to compare. Our nozzle could have the same size orifice in mm but flow twice as much thur it. Why we don't list anywhere the orifice size.

I would not recomend tieing a nozzle to your engine coolant sensor. This could cause problems with fueling at an idea. Thsese systems are realy only intended for use when the engine is under load.

Yes, Normal you can get away with less when the intake air temps are already reduced from an IC. Just make sure to put the nozzles after the IC. With alcohol injection it is possible to have intake air temps that are cooler than ambient temps.

I preferr to keep things as simple as possable. I would just run 1 nozzle m10 if using our nozzles. Which should be around 630cc if using aquamist not sure of the mm for this nozzle. But if using there system you should consult them, as they are more familar with how there system reacts with x size nozzles.

Thanks for the imput - i have established that 9.5 GPH is what is required and waiting for spec's on nozzles. I am not going to tie the secondary 40 cc nozzle into the coolant sensor but rather into the electric cooling fan (upgraded from stk) hi side relay so it will only come in under hi engine temp and will be tied to a secondary WI sensor. It will be used for incoming air temp cooling before the S/C. Yes i know u have to WI after IC - thanks. My problem is trying to get an IC to fit.
