The nozzle should be mounted after mass air, correct? Also, the metal elbow has the 7 injector mounted on it. Is it a bad idea to have the a/w mist cross paths with the fuel sprayed from extra injector?

Yes after the MAF sensor, Did not know about the 7th injector, The alcohol injection would be more effecient than that injector.

Mixing the two in the air stream is not a problem remember they both are going to the same place. It's just like using it with a wet nitrous kit.

Denatured alcohol at the hardware store, Vodka, Gin , -20 Windshield washer fluid from Walmart (Supertech) it's 40% methanol.

So if I go with Supertech, I presume I won't need to add water since its only 40% methanol.

No you can run it stairt 50/50 is the best mix for cooling and power, Supertech gets you pretty close to it. The rest is just 60% distilled water. It's what around 50% of people run since it is cheap and can be gotten easy. Here in Guam, I pretty much only use -20 washer fluid, did the same when I was in the states, No mixing just pour it in and your good.
