|  100% Methanol - Pump v Race Gas
Hi Guys, Soon to be installing a 100% meth kit on my RS6. My PB is 12.0@116 and wanted to know if I was to run race fuel if the Methanol injection would allow me to further tweak the tune (ie more timing). Also I am planning on injecting the meth directly in front of the throttle body is this is a good idea? Thanks |

running methanol with race gas will make more power... you will be able to run more boost and more timming yes, right before the throttle body works great  how much HP are you making??? |

Car weighed 1970kg's with 1/4 tank pump fuel. 12.070@116.39MPH. Prior to removing the pre-cats it made 335kw at all four and it ran a best of 12.3 in that state of tune. Hoping to crank 600bhp with the water/meth mix as ive been told its better than just straight meth is this correct? 42tt | |
