Well I got my progresive kit installed and working good, just have to tune the car a bit more. I found that my car has a 2.5 bar map sensor, my controler is for a 2 bar map. So I don't really know where to set the controller to make it come on and set the max flow point. Is there a calculation I can use to make it come on at 8 psi and max at 13 or 14? I just don't know the conversion, I know what the conroller says won't be the same as it really is. Also the Full light flickers a bit under WOT, is that correct? The yellow light stays lit under WOT.

Hello, I saw this yesterday been looking into the map sensor on an cobalt. I however did not get an email from you. What address did you send it too? It appears i look in 1 place and they say its a 2.0 bar i look into another and its says 2.5 bar. So if its 2.5 bar then you will need our voltage faceplate that will correspond to the voltage output of your map sensor. I called the dealership parts department with no help from them. So i staked out getting my hands on one so i can verfy the map sensor. I think i will end up just having to get the part number and get the info from delphi. You by any chance get to the pn on your map? |

I will get you a P/N tonight if I can. I'm sure it's a 2.5 bar map now though. i've looked into it pretty deeply.

I finaly go my hands on alldata. You need to have it hooked up to pin#4 or the dark grey wire. This is the 0-5v output wire. I am still worken on finding the scale of the map sensor. I know the cut off is 4.9v would should read 22psi or 15 on our controller. These are aproxmate 5psi on our controller will be 8psi. 9psi on our controller will be 14psi I will try to run up to the dealership and buy one so i can get you an defnate answer. We have faceplates that read in voltage i can send you out if you like. |

Having the same problem on the 2005 L67. Have 3 wires comming from map sensor. Green, Red & Grey. Couldnt make sense of any readings off green wire. Instructions stated I was suppozed to look for 1.8 volts on the green wire at idle. What voltage am I suppozed to be seeing on the grey wire? Part # on map sensor is 12580698 Last edited by 69 Rocket GC; 05-20-2007 at 05:15 PM. Reason: Spelling |

OK, I do have mine hooked up to the grey wire. So the 3 BAR faceplate wouldn't read right either?
