Hi, I have emailed (Anton - order #271x). I believe I have been sent a faulty controller. I have tested the controller, including shorting between the 5v and the Map signal (which created no activation of the pump). The pump is fine when supplied 12v direct. I have put a mulitmeter on the other cables of the controller (whilst it was wired in) and they are all what they should be (12v, 5v, 0v). It's just the blue wire that doesn't activate, maybe a processor problem? Anyways, I need confirmation of how and where to send back the controller for warranty. I guess it would be a new address due to your move? Thanks, Anton |

The blue wire does not deliver any voltage unless the input wire (green) gets enough voltage to match the start point. When you say short I hope you mean you touched the green wire to the grey wire to run the system at full if you are not connected to a sensor. When you do this all lights will come on and the pump will run at full duty cycle. Now if your not getting any reading on the green wire that is connected to your map sensor then you have a problem with your connection. It does not matter if it is hooked to the controller or not, If the vehicle is one there will be around 1.2 to 1.3 volts at idle. You need to see what your MAP output wire is putting out, and see if it changes when you give the vehicle throttle, if it doesn't or you have 0 volts you most likely have it connected to the ground not the 5v output wire. The blue wire will also not output any voltage unless it is physically hooked up to a pump and the pump is grounded. If has a current sensor in it. Try it with the pump connected And one last thing be sure you did not pull any of the wires from there terminals inside the controller, You would have to remove the screws in the back to verify this. Sometimes it can get tugged by accident when installing. |

Thanks dvldoc, I was very detailed in my first email to support@... but lazy to write this all again. Let me see, I have: 5v at the grey wire (from the unit) Small voltage around 1.22v at the Green wire and direct ground and 12v from the battery When I connect the green to the grey (effectively giving it full boost) I dont get the activation LED, or any voltage on the blue wire. I do get the power LED on ignition. I have checked inside the controller, the wires are fine. I will fit the controller again this weekend and re-test it. Failing that where do I send it? Thanks, Anton |

Devilsown Alcohol Injection 7158 Melrose Lane Oklahoma City, OK 73127 With your purchase invoice. Will test it out for you and send a new one if needed. Sounds like it is putting out what it should. If you dont get three flashes from the 3rd LED from start up there could be a issue. |

Tested it again on the weekend. No good. Didn't get any activation and no LED flashes from the 3RD LED on startup. I will send it and a copy of the invoice today. Thanks Dvldoc. |
