hi, can you or anyone advise on which kit would be best suited to a 98 gmc 6.5 L turbo diesel. it's NOT a duramax. i know squat about water/meth injection and although some guys have hooked i/c's to their trucks by cobbling parts together. the fact that there is not much room for an i/c leads me to think for my needs water meth would suffice. i don't want the hassle of ordering the wrong kit. the truck came from the factory with 195hp & 430tq however it was a slug so i swapped a 4 inch turbo back exhaust, that helped however i then swapped in a heath diesel hp4 computer and HO injectors and the truck actually now has some get up n go. i'd guess i'm closer 250hp & 600tq, however that is a guess as i have never dynoed it nor heard results from anyone with similar mods. i did search your site but found nothing about the 6.5 but best guess says i need the Progressive Controller but don't know about nozzles or map, and bars are somewhere to have a drink last i heard. so what kit might you advise. and sorry bout the long post but wanted to give you as much info as possible to make the best call as possible. I would get the universal diesel kit with the voltage faced controller. The GM diesel map sensors can vary greatly between models some don't read vacuum on several diesel models because they don't make vac, so the voltage scale is different.

Using the voltage faced controller you can use the lights and your boost gauge to adjust your settings.

Nozzle size can be calculated by how much boost and engine size and max rpm using our nozzle size calculator. The kit comes with dual nozzles.

hi, i'm that close to ordering i can taste it. the advertisment says 3 nozzles, sizes 5,10 and 14. should i assume the kit comes with three nozzles but only two are mounted to the intake. from what i gather i should be looking at 12.68 if my max rpm is 3400 with max 15lbs boost on 6.5 liter diesel. does 12.68 seem high. i'd like to order the correct stuff on the first go. also can you substitute nozzles. sized to my needs and for a water/meth reservoir would a plastic 5 gallon jerry can work or does meth eat it. i would not be running more than 10% meth as IDI diesels don't like more than that ratio. thanks and sorry for all the questions, just an informed decsion is a good decision.
