Before actually hooking the alcohol up, I was getting 2-3* of KR with the occational spike of 4*. Just got done with the complete install, and if anything, my KR has gone up. I notice ZERO decrease in KR. I followed teh instructions posted by slopoke and Bilal. All the lights on the controller are functioning correctly. Left light is on when the car is on, the middle light lights up when I hit about 5.5PSI, and the right light lights up when I hit about 8.5PSI. Yet I'm still getting a nice chunk of KR as the RPMS raise up. What ways do I have to test that I'm actually getting fluid into the spacer and shot into the engine? If I take off the hose at the TB, is there a way to simulate hitting those boost levels to make sure the pump is actually getting fluid through? :( |

How about posting some scans. to much fluid can cause false KR. Especially if you already runnign rich. How long did you turn you car? Have you change plugs, what are the gaps ect. 02's are still important. Something as simple as installing a spacer can throw your MAFF reading off which in turn can effect your 02's. Post a scan then it will be easier to help out. On quick way to make sure you have no kinks anywere is to unhook the blue wire from the controller and then connect the pumps positive directly to the batter to run the pump for a second or two. Sometime you need to prime up the pump before you use it that's why you check it before you connect it to the controller. 6 feet of hose must be filled not to mention the pump body then the line from the pump to the nozzle. Have you tried any adjustments to the pump ie turning up the pressure? Sounds to me like the system and the controller are working just fine you need to eliminate the other thing first. |

DO NOT DO THIS WHILE IT IS IN THE SPACER.. take the injector out... the car can be off all you do is take a piece of wire and bridge it on the wiring harness between Red and blue. (remove the ecu, then bridge red & blue) You should hear the pump come on, and see it spraying. Put the nozzle on the windshield or something. |

Christ I'm a fucking retard. Jumped the wires. Pump turns on. No fluid out of the hose. Oh wait... what's that noise? Bubbles in the washer fluid resivour. My stupid ass hooked the pump up in the wrong direction. Going to get my GTX tips installed, then I'll come home and take it for some REAL test runs |

| Run #1... car ran at about 9.5-10 PSI of boost. small spikes of 2* of KR here and there on a run up to 100 MPH. Start level was at 7.5, and full level was at 9.5 Pulled over, gave myself another half turn of pump pressure, turned the start level down to 6 psi, and turned the full level down to 9 psi. Did another run, this time up to 110 MPH. ZZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERO KR! On another positive note, I go to pick up my pulley puller tomorrow to put on my ZZP MPS along with the 3.2". I also have a 3.0, but I'm not sure I'll ever use it. Car definately feels quicker... I assume because of the timing I'm presumably picking back up. Seems like it wanted to spin the tires off more than usual on the last run. WOOT PS.... I installed my check valve the wrong way too. lol... good thing it was a quick fix. |

Works like a champ everytime. You know what stinks your going 110mph and I get a ticket yesterday for 5 over I don't recomend anyone run a 3.0 unless you have at least a downpipe. A local guy Chris who has my kit on his car has a 3.0 sees not lick of KR with a 4" intake, 103's, 180 state, dvldoc ported TB, DHP with adjustible timing, with a 3" downpipe and u-bend delete. But if you really want to move all that air get some ported manis from Pector on clubgp. |

DHP 1.0 Autolite 104's gapped at .045 Accell 9000 wires JimmyCRacing.com 3" downpipe + u-bend delete High-flow Magnaflow Cat Wizair CAI and of course the alcohol kit with the spacer. The 3.2" and the 3.0" use the same size belt, so I suppose it would be easy to just test and see what I come up with using the 3.0. Maybe I can limit the use of the 3.0" to track days only or something. I dont have a scanner, but my aeroforcetech gauge can tell me everything a scanner can... just not all at the same time. What are the main things I want to look at with the 3.0? I assume 02's, IPW's, and KR? I'm going to get a ported TB eventually (hopefully within a month, and I guess I should probably upgrade to the autolite 103's with the 3.2" pulley right?

The main thing to look out for with the 3.0 would be 02's KR, IPW's should be around 18 or so if your tuned right. Your going to have to up the pump psi Other than that you should be golden.
