I agree this is not Devil's fault. There is always the risk of doing things wrong if you decide to DIY. But...it is understandable how someone who has never done this before could put the nozzle in backwards. After all, the screen does look like some kind of diffuser. And I will say that an overall drawing or expoded view of the components would be helpful.

Lastly, having hosed many first time installations myself, if you ain't sure, ask first!

We do feel bad for the guy the old Devil has killed a many Grand prix motors and trannys as my partner can attest to running insane amouts of boost but, Nozzle installation has been the same on alcohol injection kits for about 8 years, The filter is there to keep particles from blocking the nozzle I was pretty shocked to here someone put it in backwards, but it's understandable it could happen.

We have a forum to answer any and all question if anyone is not sure they should always ask there are plenty of install photos on the site, that's why we have a install section.

All you guys must remember about the exhaust when all cylinders on one side are misfireing. The CAT is probably cloged up . remove the exhaust and start the car. Dont take your engine apart untill you did it.

Instead of selling the car, take the opportunity to do a full rebuild!

I think this is a great example of people not understanding the world of racing and power upgrading...

If the car is your daily driver> Dont touch your engine unless you can afford to fix worst case scenario dissasters that could arise from the upgrade! What makes people think that injecting METHANOL into the engine isn't risky business?

I have posted this in the diesel section, but lessons can be learned from my install that you can apply to ANY vehicle during an install.

There is a picture on there with a nozzle being threaded thru an intake component... notice the alignment of the screen?!
