I finished the install of the meth kit last night. I followed the instructions and am sure the wiring is connected correctly. I have the red light on the controller come on when I start the car and it remains on. The controller also blinks 2 times and then 1 time really fast with the yellow light. I am aware this signifies the 2.5 Bar controller. When I hot the gas under acceleration the green lights up, but also so does the yellow, it doesnt go full yellow just kinda blinks under acceleration and then goes off after I am off the gas. I have checked the wiring and it looks good, grounded correctly, all the wires to the appropriate spots, have it tapped for a ignition source with a 10A fuse in line. I cant seem to figure it out any suggestions? could it be a fualty pump?

The yellow light will blink under WOT if your control on the right is not matching your boost. Example - Max boost is 12psi for your turbo and the control is set at 13 psi so the yellow light is almost at 100% but not quite, maybe at 95%. It's just starting to indicate that your getting close to the max. Adjust your control down to 12psi or less and the yellow light should be solid at WOT. If it's too much W/M injected than use a smaller jet. Or set the control on the right to a higher number and the yellow light will not come on but you still can be using 70% or whatever you want.

Ya the red indicates that the power is on, the green does come on almost at the same time I hit the gas, then the yellow follows? If it was a fault then the yellow would blink or stay on the whole time? even when I am NOT under boost? I mean it makes since that all 3 come on, and I can tell for sure that the nozzle is spraying, i took off the check valve from the nozzle and hit the gas and it shot out meth and water, plus the inside of my intake and throttle body have small drops of water from the spray, so I think its working I was just under the impression that if there iwas a yellow light that lights up at all it means somethings wrong. BTW I have a cobalt ss/sc |
