I see the red light on the controller on, yellow flash only twice (3bar) and the green never comes on...again. I checked all my connections and everything is good. Removed the controller and installed my second controller and everything is working again. Double checked by re-installing the first controller and no longer functioning.

I replaced the MAP sensor last time and it started working again (coincidence) the first MAP sensor was tested as functioning properly. So I think the controller was starting to act up on me at that point.

Bought kit last summer but didn't install until May 06. Is this covered under warranty?

You can send it in and we can look at it. I have a strong feeling that Its a loose wire somewhere Or not a very good ground though.

If the connection is bad or I have a loose wire then I should experience the same failure on the second controller. But I drove with it all day today it everything is working perfectly. If I hook up the bad controller if fails according to my description above, no green light, pump not activating and only 2 yellow flashes on startup instead of 3 like the good controller.
