I have the older controller with the gold plate. The pump light will go on and it does pump, however it will not go into the full pump mode. System is in an SRT-4 with S3R running 20+ lbs boost, controller (3 bar) is set to run at 6 psi and full at 12 psi. I've checked for clogs in the line, there are none you can blow air through the tube and nozzle. I had this same problem a month or 2 ago and it just started working again on it's own. I went though all of the wiring, checked all connections, hoses, fittings, installed a new check valve, hooked up pump manually and it would go into full mode. Will not go into full mode with the controller. I have unplugged the controller and reinstalled at atleast 10 times, no cure. I varified the led is not burned out, it will come on when you hardwire the controller's gray wire I believe? |

Simple test to perform. The grey wire is a 5v output wire, Disconnect the green wire from your map sensor. Simply jump the grey to the green wire. If you get all LED's lighting up the controller is working correctly. If not, then your map sensor has gone bad and is not putting out a full 5 volts for the controller to see.

Update the controller will go into full mode but only when there is no fluid left in the tank. It goes on exactly at the correct boost levels. Put fluid in the tank and no more full mode.

I checked the voltage at the controller.. map is putting out 4.0-4.2 volts max at full boost. Thing I dont understand is why the "full" mode works flawlessly when there is no fluid in the tank?
