Help for a dummy!!

I recieved my Progressive Controller and its wires rolled up nice!!
But am I supposed to take the back of the controller off and find out which wires go where??
They are not hooked into the controller, and the instruction sheet does'nt say how to hook them up to the controller. Am I missing something here??

The Oklahoma location must have been in a hurry to get it off to you. Sorry about this. All you have to do is remove the two screw and connect the wires. They are marked on the circuit board in color. Fold the wires over the back of the board and screw it back together. You will need to strip about 1/8 in" of wire.
