@200psi under 17 to 15 microns. Dependent on nozzle size of course. the smaller the higher the pressure the higher the atomization.

Re: How fine (microns) do your nozzles "mist"?

So if I had a goal of say 5 microns... What kind of pressures would I need with a 1gph nozzle?

Also I have one of your older kits with out the "upgraded pump" those are 150psi correct? I'd like to base the micron size assuming 150psi.

Also it says 35$ extra for a 220psi pump in your upgrade section? Can I send U my current pump and you can upgrade it? Or is that just when buying a system new?

Thanks!

Your not going to hit 5 microns without a very high pump pressure. Our nozzles micro rating is almost 1/2 of what our competitors use. So with there nozzles you need pretty much twice the pressure to get them to perform how ours does at 150 psi. We price our selfs on some of the best parts in the business. Keep an eye our for more from devilsown, we have 2 more hard parts that we are waiting for them to pop off the machine and be instock that night and day better than the rest without hitting your pocket book harder.

No, the pump upgrade is for a whole new pump, with a larger motor etc.
