It's actually pretty simple and you can use the existing hardware you have. Simply remove the 90 degree piece. Screw the nozzle in then use a pipe 1/2" pipe or 2" nipple. It will look like this when your done. The pipe nipple glides over the outside of the nozzle nice and snug so they both fit into the same hole. The nipple is 1/8" Pipe thread. |

hmm i'm kinda confused about a couple of things. So parts wise you have your hose, going to the union to the 90 degree piece, then from there to the 2 inch piece. Now is this piece a male thread on both ends? I guess my question is how does the nozzles, that has a male threading connect to the long piece in the middle? Is the spacer itself threaded? 2nd question is it looks like the nozzle is spraying straight directly towards the other side of the spacer. Is the idea that with the air passing by that it will just get swept away in the air and not pool up on the bottom of the spacer/sc?

Mounting a nozzle in a spacer is no different then adding it to a intake pipe. The amount of air flow under boost is extreme and the mist does not pool. The only way that can happen if your spraying at idle. Hope this shows you how the nozzle in the spacer works. |

yes that answers my question about the pooling. so would the spacer need to be tapped for this method or is it already tapped? (mines in there pretty good so i haven't had a chance to look at it). Or does the nozzle literally just slide into the tube? Would there be any sealing issues if the TB spacers was tapped and some liquid teflon was used to seal the connections?

The spacer is threaded all the way through (1/8 NPT). I just did what 's shown above. I needed to add one step though. I had to drill out the inside of the 2" long pipe that goes into the throttle body spacer so it would slip over the nozzle screen.

That's weird I didn't It fits over but it's very tight. At 60+ psi it's a non issue. Remember this is the spacer I sell and the same parts I use on the kits so it should work the same on all of them.
