Does it matter how close or far i setup the alcohol noozle from IAT sensor?

Not really, Just as long it is in the path of the alcohol/water mix,

ok thanx, any known harm to sensor from alcohol hitting it?

Iat sensors are impervious to it. Now if your using a MAF sensor with a integrated IAT then your going to have major problems because you can't spray through a MAF sensor.
