Can you hear the pump running? If you let the fluid run dry ti will lose its prime and will not reprime unless you disconnect the check valve first. Not sure if the colors are the same on the newer kits, but, for my kit the blue wire from the controller goes to the pump +12V. I can unplug the controller and apply power to the blue wire from the battery and force the pump to run. I do this when I need to reprime or when I'm flow testing a new size nozzle. You might try this just to see if it's the controller or the pump. |

the pump does not kick nor does the light light up, it does nothing but the power light is on. i used a volt meter and i got 1.22v off of the grey and 1.25 off of the green, and inside the truck i get .5v on the blue that goes to the pump and 1.11 off of the grey that goes to the map? does that sound close to right or way off? |

Sorry, I misread. Since it was working, and nothing has changed, then perhaps you are correct and your controller is bad. I hope that's not the case and it's something simple and cheap. |

Have you tried touching the grey wire to the green to see if you get activation. that is a 5v and should run the system at full that is basically how you can test your connections. If the unit is not picking up voltage then it will not activate.

If your getting 1.22 v off the grey wire then the unit has been damaged. It should read 5v +-5% . The green wire of the controller is an input It can't produce voltage. I would assume are getting the voltage from the map sensors green wire. please email support@alcohol-injection.com for a warranty paperwork. | |
