Hi All

I have just fitted a mounting adapter into one of the silicone hoses on my inlet but I am having some problems with my injector

I am using a D02 outside mount, when I test fire this unmounted it works fine and mists nicely but when I put it into the mounting adapter I get what I can only describe as a spar bath rather than a power shower

Just to add the pipe work is all fine I have check for obstructions and I am using a 150PSI pump

Any suggestions??

Those adapters require airflow over the tip to function properly, If you just test them like that the pattern will not be good. They work on the same principle as the tip of the nozzle. With airflow over the tip it creates a strong vacuum and that's what gives you your proper mist pattern.

Thanks for the reply I'll stop worrying now, do you have any development video of these in action? it would be good to see out of interest
