Mounting in rubber

So, I am looking for the most non-evasive way to mount the nozzle, and I am wondering how, if possible, to mount to the plastic/rubber intake tract. Has anyone done it? I don't have a kit in front of me, and the instructions say to tap. Since I can't very well tap a stock intake pipe, I was just wondering how it would be done.

Yea, just as long as its no thicker than 1/4" thick you can.

The supplied washers will keep it from pulling thru.

What about the outside mount nozzle? Can it be mounted onto a rubber intake hose without falling off. You can't really tap a rubber hose??

You should use our other style nozzles for the rubber intake hose.

Aristocat, are you talking about rubber couplers, or the harder OEM piping stuff?

The rubber coupler.....I'm not too sure I want to drill a hole in my HKS piping! I'd have to go out and buy a tap to thread the hole. I will if I have to I guess!
