Take off, take to your friendly local machine shop, get a boss TIG welded on, drilled and tapped 1/8" NPT. Give them the nozzle with the filter removed, and the tiny insert removed (check which way round it goes first) so that they can tap the tapered thread perfectly. At least that's what I did on a Stainless pipe. And it's rock solid. HTH Bas |

Then maybe thread an aluminum boss and epoxy it on with JB weld or similar after prepping both surfaces well (grind, clean with alcohol). Aluminum welding can be done by TIG, MIG or even oxy-acetylene gas (with a lot of skill). Where are you located then buddy? Bas |

Any bit of round aluminum bar say 1' diameter approx, cut to match the nozzle length, then ground with a curve to match roughly the tubing. Cleaned up and welded on, you then drill through and thread for 1/8" NPT (you can buy a tapping size drill with a matching tap together as a set at any good hardware store.) Test the fit of the nozzle as you go along, as it's a tapered thread (cone-shaped), you go too far and it's loose..
