Nozzle Size

What size nozzle should I run on a GTP with a 3.0 pulley running about 12 psi of boost?

If you don't have 42's i would not go anymore than a 3.25 for safety sakes. But A M10 should be the max you would need. I would try a M7 first and see what your KR is then go from there.

I have 42.5 lbs injectors and running a 3.0 at the moment. XP cam, ported heads, headers, the works really

I would start out with the M7 nozzle and check your KR, With the cam any bigger than that probably will not be needed.

I'm running 0 deg of knock with a 3.0 currently. Should I start out tuning the alcohol with the same pulley and an M7 nozzle or go to a 2.8 and start tuning there?
