Anybody ever use a 3 bar map with the Progressive Controller in 2 bar mode? I am thinking that this would allow up to around a 22 psi max on point since the controller will still see the same 0-5v signal. I'm trying to increase the boost range of it. Thanks. Having our controller set in the wrong mode, can cause problems. No, in 3 bar mode it will work from 0-30psi. The face plate will be off. But if the controller is in 2 bar mode and hooked up to a 3 bar map sensor its possable to adjust the knobs so that the system would come on at key on. But honesty you want it in 3 bar mode. |

Ahh, ok gotcha. I was under the impression that in 3 bar mode, it just rescaled the voltage to still give you the same 0-15 psi settings and that was it. I didn't realize that it would increase it to 30 psi. Thanks for the info! Joe |
