It could be one of a few things remember the controller only knows voltage. You have the green wire (5v output) hooked to the 5v input of the sensor) be sure to check the sensors output with a volt meter it should be around 1.8 volts at idle with a 2 bar. Not all cars are the same most GM cars it is the center wire but other brands are totaly different. If the third led is not flashing it is not a fault. This is a very rare instance open the case of the controller and check to make sure the grey wire is were it is supposed to be and the green is were it is supposed to be on the terminal, it's labeled. Hardley ever happens but you assemblee a few thousands of these and it can happen every now and then. Now if it just comes on intermetent like every now and then then this is the controller hunting for a signal which means the map sensor connection is not solid. Let us know what you find out. |

Looks like were going to have to have a talk with controller builder about this unit. Connect the wires back to the specs of the controller. If you have any issues with it send it back and will get you a new one asap.
