A few people have had problems with the controller setting of the voltage monitor warning. This will happen if you pump is not recieving full voltage this is a feature that warns you not to get into the throttle because your pump is not spraying all the way. It's just one of the many things the controller will warn you off. I was dealing with this this weekend on my Sister in laws 97 GTP we went over the wiring wire by wire, check the MAP voltage and primed the pump but the dang thing keep tripping the voltage monitor on the controller. The last thing I did was remove the two wires from the top of the pump and push them in. Low and behold it was working. And as I was packing a kit today I noticed that one of the wires on the plug in on top of the controller had backed out just enough that it was not making a solid connection. Looks like they tend to be a bit loose from the factory. So check your wires if your getting this problem. |
