I notice that I keep pinging randomly so I check my alcohol level and it hasn't moved, so I have to remove the nozzle hose, jump the pump and wait 5 secs or so for it to flow, then hook it back up and it works for a few days, then the whole thing has to be repeated. My pump also doesn't sound very good either. This kit has only been used for a few years and I can't see the pump going bad but that is the diagnosis. What is the warranty or ?

I run mostly 50/50 windshield washer and did run pure Methonal for a month or so.

If it works after you jump it, it's possible it's just the switch on the top of the pump which we do carry. The 150psi pumps came with a 1 year warranty.

It's possible due to location of the pump for it to get corrsion on the inside due to things like road salt ect. Or a seal could be leaking and the pump cannot pressurize.
