Pump physical size

Trying to figure out where i am going to mount the tank and pump. Engine bay is sorta tight. I know from reading the online instructions that the pump has to mount below the tank to feed. What are the physical dimensions of the pump? Wanna see if it will fit where i want it to before purchasing the kit (car being prepped for paint first).

It is undergoing restoration at the moment, but i can post some pics of the engine capartment before i pull it all apart for paint.

Does the pump have to be mounted flat (8" side horiz) or can it be mounted upright (8" side vertical)?

It can be mounted in any position and in any location in the vehicle.
