Hello.I'm about to purchase a Diesel Universal Stage 2 kit. I have a 1995 Xantia 2.1td 12v. Along with the Kit and a 4 Quart Tank, what else do i need to buy? I will mount the Tank (maybe the pump to) in the trunk. Is a float switch mandatory? Is it a close circuit,i mean does the water have a return line too?If so i will need more tubing. How much will be the final cost with shipping to Greece? Thank you. |

You actually should go with the Universal Stage 2 kit with the 2 bar controller unless plan on doing a dual nozzle set up, and need the 3 different nozzles the universal diesel stage 2 kit comes with. That kit is for state side V8 turbo diesels, and comes with much larger nozzles. You can mount the pump and tank in any location, For that vehicle request the DO3 and DO4 nozzles. You will want about 6 feet more hose just to be sure you have enough to mount everything in the trunk. A level sensor is a nice thing to purchase as well but not a must. It just tells you that you need to refill your tank and keeps you from sucking air. But if your not planning on running the car to some crazy boost level you just need to check the tank from time to time. If you go to the store and input your order it will give you a total before you need to charge anything because there are different shipping options. |

Here in Greece it gets in Summer up to 40C easy.My car has a Intercooler. My max turbo pressure is 1.2bar.Will the 2 bar controller suffice?I'm not planning on dual nozzle install. Does the Tank include the tube fitting? Can i wire the level sensor to cut off the power to the pump once the tank is empty? Thanks |

Since your running 1.2 bar (17psi) I am assuming you have used a boost controller to raise your stock boost to that level this would mean your stock sensor would only be a 2bar in most cases. It could be a 2.5bar as many euro cars like Audi and VW are. You would have to check the voltage scale to see for sure. The kit comes with everything you need to tape the tank as well as 15 feet of turbing, You might want to order 5 feet more if you plan on mounting it in the trunk. Sometimes routing the hose is not a strait shot to the tank. The last thing you want to do is come up short on hose. THis is the voltage scale our controllers operate on for 2 bar and 3 bar i don't have the scale on hand right now for the 2.5 bar but i believe 17psi is 3.75 volts. But most likely it is a 2 bar sensor. | |

Thank you.The stock boost is 0.7-0.9 bar.The tuning box i have raised it to 1.0 bar.I added a boost controller and raised it further to 1.2bar.So it must be a 2bar controller as you said.20feet tube is around 6.6 meters,i think it will suffice.

I ordered the kit.I finally decided to use the screen washer tank, because it will be neater for the components to be in the same place and more easy to install.
