ok so heres the deal, i installed the kit yesterday on my power stroke, i had the 14 an 5 gph nozels on, i fiddeled with the controller it would start buckin when i acelerated so i switched the 14 to a 10 that solved that, now the way i have it set is i have a togel switch so i can set it to were i want it an just flip it on when i feel like it , works fine, now one problem that im havin is when it is on it will only come on with the start point at the lowest seting ive tryed drivin around an holdin a steady boost an adjustin the controller but no mater what it will not turn the light green, now if i i take it all the way to the bottom its fine it comes on an i have no prob while acelerating, now a second problem i had was i turned it on while my truck was sitin in the drive way,it was runing, cause i wanted to make sure it was pumpin, now while it was sitin there, not even for a min it started actin like it was goin to die, it was like it was chokin , im assumin it was takin in to much water,so i gave my truck some gas, and it stoped, i guess my qustion is do i just have to much goin into my system? an what gives with controller , i dont feel like im getin any controll with this thing, no other lights are comin on just a solid red light, if i drop the full point down to far it flashes the yellow light, an im sorry if this went all over the place im doin 15 things right now, is there by chance anyway to find the volatage in comparison to the psi, i appreciate the help

Are you using a 3 bar map sensor with a 3 bar controller, Second thing the map sensor needs to be mounted verticle. You should use the smallest boost line that will fit over the nub for the best reading. Use a volt meter to test what kind of input voltage you are getting from the green wire and see if it is increasing. If it's not it is not sensing pressure from the engine. |

im not sure what you mean "use the smallest boost line that will fit over the nub" what nub what line, i follew the directions that were sent along with the kit, there was even a page in there pacific for the power stroke, including were the map sensor was an what wire to clip into, it works dont get me wrong there, its just it dosent seem to want to come on all the time, i tryed it last night set it to like 3 an it kicked on i think just under 20 psi, but like i said it dosent allways want to kick on, i will check the voltage later though im a lil behind for work, now what about the nozzels, cause if i put this thing to low it just comes on constant, an when im sitin there it takes a mater of seconds an the engine starts chokin is this not safe to use when idelin or am i sprayin to much in , an also just so were clear an i know i didnt screw up the part of the nozzel with the screen go's in the intake, i just wana make sure im doin this right
