Well I just installed stage 1 on my VR6 turbo and Ive noticed that at wot it'll start to stutter and fall apart when the meth kicks in. When I turn the meth off it seems to be fine. I dont know what size nozzle im running as I bought the kit second hand (new in box) . Do you think this could be a bad mix? I mixed 6 bottles of Heet with 1/3 gallon of water.

Probably too much water (too big nozzle). Try a smaller one.

I hate to see someone installed a kit and did not check the nozzle size, It is on the nozzle, if it's the brass inside mount nozzle it states M1 M3, Ect on the nozzle.

You really should stop running the system until you see what you have. For that vehicle a 3gph or 4gph would be the max you would use under 20psi of boost.

I'm running a 5 gph nozzle with onset set at 5 psi and max at 12 psi. My engine is 1.8 liters and I boost to ~21 psi. His engine is either 2.7 liters or 3.0 liters and should be able to handle at least as much as I run. So, maybe he has something designed for huge engine.

As far as his mix goes, that shouldn't be a problem unless someone substituted dish detergent for methanol.

Ooops. I re-read what he said about the mix. I would suggest just using windshield washer fluid--that seems to work fine for me.
