| ok guys so ive had this kit since september of last year (got it through vast performance). i have a 2000 audi s4 2.7bt and i first installed the kit when i was on stock turbos. the kit worked pretty well but i didnt have time to tune it in before i pulled my turbos for some bigger ones in december. well i just finished my vast gt28 turbo kit on my s4 a few weeks ago and i go to run the meth kit last night but nothing happened after i turned it on and did a couple pulls. so i took off one of the nozzles and it looked bone dry. so either tonight or tomorrow im going to double check everything and make sure everything is good to go. bottom line is when i got on boost the green light came on as usual and then when i peaked at about 25psi the yellow light came on solid yellow which ive never had before and im wondering if that has something to do with it? so if im getting a green light on boost and solid yellow at peak but no meth is being injected where should i start trouble shooting? thanks, dan ps. ill post up some pics of my meth install/engine later on this weekend. | Check your pump and make sure it's grounded properly, Also make sure the blue wire is still connected to the pump, The Yellow light comes on at 95% of the full set point. That is a normal operation of the controller The second thing to check is to see if you have air in the line, The pump cannot clear air past the checkvalve so Prime the pump with the blue wire disconnected and the hose disconnected from the nozzle holder. Let if flow for about 5 to 8 secons. |

| thanks for the info man, im planning on doing that tonight when i get off of watch. btw what service are you in being stationed in quam? im in the navy stationed at nas lemoore and work on fa-18s. we transpack to japan for deployment and quam is one of our stops so mayble ill stop by and say whats up. btw do you know a kurt@vast? hes my boy and i think i remember him saying he was getting my kit from you or something? thanks, dan Last edited by bertworks; 05-23-2008 at 10:22 PM. |

| I'm actually a HM1(AW/FMF) Used to be with VP1, now at the Naval Hospital, Pretty much stuck in the Legal office for most of the day it's a PITA job. Don't know Curt, Chance probably does, I have not lived in the US for about a year now. |

| ok so i checked all my wires and they were good to go, i also took apart the check valve and maybe from sitting for so long it got stuck shut or maybe it was some air, but cleaned it out and put everything back together and we were good to go. went out and did a few logs and now its time to go over them ![]() |
