UPDATE - I added fuel, like mad, and it's a totally different beast. I cannot believe how lean I was running. I got lucky I didn't pop something. I'm still going to richen it up a bit and add a little timing higher in the RPM ranges, but GOOD LORD, this bitch moves!! I'm trying to post a scan now. Scroll down! I bought an M5 nozzle and installed it in place of my old M15. I ran it and actually...when downshifting it accelerates nicely. Here's the problem. I cranked the pump all the way to the bottom. I have the turn on at the controller set to 4-5psi, and the max at 15psi because I'll rarely see that much boost. When I floor it from a dig it runs "decent" but at the shift point the car stalls. Think about that. I was racing a 350Z yesterday and all was well...car shifted, sputtered, and shut off...I thought I blew my motor and didn't even care that I got the flashers from the Z...I was mystified. I scanned today when it did it again, and I scanned nearly 15º of KR with 2º advanced timing (at that point) abd O2 levels steady at 920. Any suggestions? I'm not going to race anything anymore until I get this fixed. |

I'm tuning with an ICCU and my LS1M. I'm pretty sure there are no vac leaks...I went over everything with "bubble-water" to check for any leaks or what not. I can richen it up if need be. what I don't understand is how I went to a smaller nozzle, and yet, I'm getting more bogging in my TB. It seems like I need it to stop spraying when I get to a shift point, and start spraying again once in gear...I dunno. I'll go rchen it up a little and see how it goes. |

Here is a post of my most recent scan. I went up to 105% a/f at WOT and I felt the change immediately. There's a tiny delay in power as soon as I shift into the next gear, but then it takes off again...I think I'll richen it up more and add more timing from 4500-6000prm. Let me know what you think. |

Looks pretty good, but there are some issues with your scan, 1 being the 99.2% TPS reading. 2nd why do you have more boost at a lower TPS than you do at WOT? Your boost also seems low in some areas of the scans, 7 to 8psi is not very high with your mods, the alcohol should be giving you a extra psi or so up top.

I don't actually know...I don't think I have very much belt slippage...there are barely any black marks on the pulley, and it pulls evenly throughout the rpm ranges...I don't know. The TPS problem is probably the fact that I don't floot it all the way. I get almost there most of the time, but the car behaves the same at 95% tps as it does 100%. |
