What sort of times to expect with the following mods?

99 GTP with 70K on original engine and trans.

Wizaired Intake
AL 103's gapped at .046
Accell Extreme 9000 Wires
180* non-drilled stat
DHP 1.0
JimmyCracing 3" DP with high-flow Magnaflow cat
Pector55 Ported and Ceramic Coated PEM's
Bilal's Stage1 alcohol kit
Intense 1.9:1 roller rockers, LS6 springs, OR rods, viton seals
ZZP 3.2" OR 3.0" mps pullies

My car ran a 14.03@ 99.8 MPH with a 3.4", SLP intake, JimmyC pipe, and DHP. I had a 2.3 second 60 foot, so I know that 13's were there if I could get the car off the line. No tuning other than the standard DHP 1.0 file. Was getting 6-8* of KR.

Since then I have added the Wizair, thermostat, Ported and coated PEMs, 1.9's with all the supporting updates, the alcohol kit, the MPS with the 3.2 and 3.0 pullies, and an AFC 2.2 which I've tuned to keep my O2's at about 920-930 @ WOT. Witihout the rockers, I get less than 1* of KR with the 3.2" on with it 90* outside. I plan on running the 3.0" daily when I get my rockers in this weekend. Hopefully with ZERO KR.

Mid 13's? Low 13's? 12.999 possible with DR's? What else do you normally have to have to be able to run a 12.999?

With a good 60ft time 13.1's or 13.20's. with a properly tuned system.
