Default why boost loss?

Ever since my install i have been running less boost then before, i thought i was supposed to gain boost?
before after
3.2 11PSI 9PSI
3.0 13PSI 11.5PSI
why could i be losing boost, is there possibly a leak with the spacer?would that cause the leak, what else could it be?

Have you checked for belt slippage?

That is also correct. Barometric pressure changes will effect your boost levels as well as altitude changes.

even if it is cause of the cold air i still thought that because of the alcohol we should get more boost due to the sealing effects on the rotors.

My belt was fine with no slippage and constant boost before, i dont see why alcohol would make it slip now.

i know weather plays a role but right after the alcohol was installed the pounds dropped. so it wasnt a gradual thing.
