| Can I use the Progressive Controller to drive a standard high impedence fuel injector instead of a pump? Or would I be better off using an AIC? I'm considering using a regulated, always-on pump, using a fuel injector as my "high speed valve". This system would run 100% ethanol, no meth and definitely no water. Thanks, -Mike |

| I am not sure on that as I don't know what voltage the injector works at, the controller puts out whatever is put in so if your car is making 13.8 volts the injector is getting 13.8 volts. The PWM freq is 1khz so plenty fast enough for a injector. But if your using a extra injector for alcohol injection you would need to see if it's at least compatible with E85 if your going to push 100% denatured through it. Methanol and water will destroy pretty much every factory fuel injector out there. We don't have anyone running this set up so I cannot say how it would work but in theory it should. |
