Cool 08 Audi A4 2.0T install progressive stage 2 kit.

Hi all,

I am just wondering if there are specific install directions to install one of your progressive kits into my 2008 Audi A4 2.0T?

Thank you.

We don't have specific step by step for every vehicle since there are multiple ways to mount and wire the systems.

Here's a 2.0T VW

Install is pretty strait forward on most vehicles.

1. is this installation guide relevant to the current gen 2 DO controller (red logo on controller) as thats the one i have?
2. is there an updated installation guide for the VW 2.0TFSI engines that utilizes the new controller?
3. would i be able to connect this kit in such a way that it reads the MAF signal instead of MAP?... which would be better for my car in my South African climate as i'm still indecisive about that? (read somewhere that unless i have a bigger turbo setup which i don't have, would be ideal have a MAf signal for my type of setup)

thanx,
FR

Re: 08 Audi A4 2.0T install progressive stage 2 kit.

The way you wire the controller would be different. You would still follow the directions for that controller. If you have the 2.5 bar controller you could still hook it up to a MAF sensor that outputed a 0v to 5v signal the numbers on the face plate would just not be used instead you would go off the activation lights on the controller.

The big difference is the new controller pulses the ground wire not the power and the pumps 12v source is hooked up to a ignition on source and the controllers blue wire goes to your pumps ground.

But going off the stock turbo is just fine, you don't need to run off the MAF.
