can a water/ alcohol injection completely replace the intercooler in a turbo engine? just curious, cause the intercooler is the most visible part of a turbo setup, i was hoping to get that sleeper look even with the hood open , like look ma no turbow! |

I have run mine for a couple of years with the IC core removed. However, keep in mind that the alcohol doesn't kick in unless under boost. The air flowing through the plumbing when just driving around is warmer w/o the core so I am likely to put it back in place soon so I will have both again.

I run both in my personal car. I feel they both have plus and minus to them so i would run both unless you dont' have room for a big enough core to pass the air requirements for you hp level.
